I’m a nurse educator, with 2 decades of experience working and training teams in General Practice. I’m also the founder of Practice Nurse Central, an online community dedicated to supporting and educating practice nurses.
Having myself worked in the role of practice manager, practice nurse and receptionist in General practice, medical reception is an area I’m very passionate to share my knowledge, experience and best approaches in.
